Damaged or Defective Items:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery date with your order number to report any items received damaged or otherwise defective.  Items will be replaced or refunded and a prepaid shipping label sent to return the damaged/defective item.


All Other Returns (General Returns / Buyers Remorse):

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.  All items must be unused with tags attached.  Actual shipping costs will be deducted from amount refunded and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
